There will be an email sent to you when it's ready with a link to your portal.

My goal is to have your newsletter to you within 3-4 business days.

This is subject to fluctuate based on volume of orders received and is not a guarantee.

Newsletters are done first in, first out. That is the only way I can find to be fair.

If we pull your stats, it is done as a convenience for you and does not put you ahead in the pecking order of getting your newsletter done.

 

Did you forget something? Watch your email for a confirmation of your submission. 

If you need to edit anything, there is a link available in that email for you to do so.

 

Consultant guides are billed and due at the time of purchase.  

You will receive your new consultant guide by email once it is created.

Delivery for the Guides is generally within 2-3 business days depending on the volume of orders.

 

When you receive your invoice, simply click the link in the email to view your invoice, pay your invoice, view past invoices, view payments, or print invoices/account statements.  You can also view your account anytime by simply visiting www.chicorycottagedesign.freshbooks.com. 

 

If you need to update your autobilling credit card information, contact us to do this by phone as we transition to our new billing system.
